I take care of all administrative duties myself, working from a fully computerized and modern office which allows me to serve my clients most efficiently. I keep in constant contact with my clients, keeping them up to date with market activity.

 

When I list your home for sale, it is immediately exposed to the Orangeville and Toronto Real Estate Boards (approx. 20,000 sales representatives via direct load through my computer). I take digital photographs of the inside and outside of your property to place on my Websites -  Houses24Seven.com, FlatFeeRealty.ca, and Realtor.ca, this is your 24 hour, 7 days a week open house to the world.
